Acclaimed director Werner Herzog is turning his documentary Little Dieter Needs to Fly into what is bound to a more widely seen narrative film starring Christian Bale. The film addresses the story of a pilot at the time of the Vietnam War and has already garnered acclaim at many festival screenings. It's due to be released on March 30th, 2007.Quicktime:
